L1, Delhi Airport, can be reached via an escalator that goes down from L4. It provides flyers access to Bussing Gates from 31 to 45
Situated on the opposite ends, level 2 and level 3 are located on the same floor. L 2/3 at terminal 1 provide access to the arrival piers connected to the baggage belt and transfer area.
Operating as the departure level for domestic passengers, L4 is quite large. Beginning from the check-in hall, PESC, and SHA, it leads to the boarding gates 2-23. Plus, a few retail stores are also situated at level four, terminal 1, Delhi Airport, for enjoyable shopping therapy.
A handy guide to help commute to and from Terminal 1 at Delhi Airport
Delhi Airport has a free shuttle service to help passengers commute between the terminals. Both flyers and staff can avail of this facility.
The Inter-Terminal shuttle can be boarded at Lane 1 Arrivals at T1. Follow the signs after dropping your bags to reach the shuttle. After presenting your boarding pass to the officials in charge at the kiosks, you can get a coupon for the free transit bus.

To transit to and from T1, prepaid cabs, OLA, Uber, Meru cabs, WTi cabs, Mega cabs, and Carzonrent are available, among others. Flyers can book cab services via their smartphones or by calling their offices.
Taxis can be booked for commuting between the terminals from the Taxi Counters inside the airport premises. Flyers can board a taxi from T1 Arrivals.

For passengers needing to travel between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, the DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) Metro Feeder Bus Service offers a convenient option. Catch the feeder bus from designated stops at both terminals for a nominal fee of ₹40. Please note this service is not available for transfers between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.

Delhi Metro is another convenient commute option to access Terminal 1. The Magenta Line links Janakpuri West to the Botanical Garden while connecting to Terminal 1-IGI Airport station. The transit time between T1 and the Botanical Garden is approximately 50 minutes.
The Magenta Line metro runs from 6:00 am to 11:06 pm
