CHAKRA

About Art: CHAKRA

In contemporary contexts, the idea of raising Kundalini energy often involves practices from Kundalini Yoga, a form of yoga that combines physical postures, breathwork, mantra chanting and meditation to awaken and elevate this dormant spiritual energy.Kundalini is believed to be a coiled serpent energy located at the base of the spine. The practice involves moving this energy through the central channel of the body, aligning and activating the chakras (energy centres) along the way. It’s essential to approach Kundalini practices with respect and caution, as experiences can be intense and vary widely among individuals. Many people find these practices beneficial for increased self-awareness, spiritual growth, and overall well-being.
